Deserving special notice from within our culinary offering, is the olive oil that we produce from our olive groves in Oliveto Citra (SA) and our selection of fish, purchased fresh daily from local fisherman, directly by Giuseppe Petretti, head of the family and hotel director.
The chef, Gerardo Stellaccio, in collaboration with the maitre’d Nicola La Rocca, prepares the menu daily, in order to offer the best traditional dishes of Campania even to the most demanding palates.
