It was nice and relaxing atmosphere in Tokyo. To be repeated in other rooms
I stayed at Hotel Carosello on two separate occasions, in two different themed rooms (Jungle and Marrakech) and I have to admit that they are surprising for how they are cared for in the smallest details. The rooms are clean, spacious and quiet, and some with a private hot tub and sauna. The breakfast is also excellent. I will definitely return to try others!
Everything was perfect, cleanliness, welcome and atmosphere of the suite, but what pushed me to leave this positive review is the friendliness of the girl who welcomed us on the day of our arrival, Ilaria. It often happens that you find employees with long faces and who immediately lose patience, for this reason education, professionalism and kindness are not qualities to be taken for granted. More people like this at the reception
large and spacious room with air conditioning. Breakfast with attention to detail, with quality products chosen. Very useful parking inside the structure (which is closed at night).
